What is a Marketing Funnel

Apr 6

What is a marketing funnel? Why is it important for every marketer to have one?

It's a strategy for marketing that you use to persuade prospective customers to purchase your products. It is a process of selling that involves a person visiting your blog to find information that will help them solve their issue. However, via specific tools, you can learn how to build an ongoing relationship with every visitor.

This will allow you to better understand the needs of each visitor. This in turn will push you to provide the best information to all your users. If you can gain trust from a visitor, they are more likely to purchase your products. The visitor becomes a customer.

Some customers end up becoming very loyal customers, willing to purchase any product you promote. A marketing funnel consists of all of the steps required to bring a frequent visitor to your website into a loyal client and purchase every item you offer.

This is the ultimate objective for any online marketer. This can easily be accomplished with a well-constructed funnel.

Your marketing tools are attracted the attention of people and bringing them into your funnel. They enter the funnel once they fill out the forms that you have on your PERSONAL lead capture page. Because they are not going to sign up for your business lead-capture page I'm using the term "personal". They want an executive to join them, not a small business.

The lead capture pages are the gateway to the funnel. When they click "Signup Now" or "Enter There" and they'll be able to enter a completely new concept of network marketing.

It's their decision. It's their choice. They have nothing to offer you other than your leadership skills and mentor, and as someone who can assist to increase leads for their business.

This is the way the typical marketing channel functions.

The "front-end" The "front-end" is where you create a free offer that will draw and attract prospective customers who may be interested in purchasing your products later in the sales funnel. In order to get the product for free, users must sign up (also called opt-in) and give their email address as well as their name, and in turn they will be added to your list of email subscribers.

Now, you have these contacts in your email list and you are able to offer them similar promotions that may be of interest to them.

They will be taken to the page with an offer for a lower price or what is called a trip wire deal right after they sign up for the free offer. At this point, they are moving to the "back end" of your funnel.

If the buyer buys the lowest-priced offer, they will be directed to a comparable offer at a more expensive cost (commonly called an upsell). A person who also purchases the lower priced offer will be taken to the next similar product at an even more expensive price. The process could continue for several years.
