With the new Healthy Home Standards now in effect, chances are if you have a rental property you'll need to ensure it's compliant with the new requirements.

In a Healthy Homes Assessment our technicians will visit the property and complete a full external and internal audit. Once complete, if your property is up to scratch you'll receive a certificate of compliance. If work needs to be done we'll give you a full report documenting any required work to bring your property up to the required standards.

If further maintenance is required you will receive a Maintenance Plan and quotes for any works that we are able to complete directly.
