The Goddard School of Parsippany Encourages Children
A new child care center is now open in Parsippany, promising high-quality daycare and pre-kindergarten programs. The Goddard School of Parsippany Learning Center is the first in New Jersey and is part of the Busy Bees childcare network, which operates over 150 centers across North America. The center’s dedicated Center Director, Monica Zollo, began her career in the field after her daughter’s birth, which deepened her understanding of the critical role child care plays in early development.
With a focus on the child’s cognitive and social growth, The Goddard School of Parsippany encourages children to engage with their environment through exploration and positive interactions with their peers and adults. They also offer a variety of educational activities, including language arts and math. The school is dedicated to providing a safe and nurturing environment that allows children to flourish each and every day.
Each child at the school receives personalized attention from a highly qualified teacher. Each teacher is equipped with a child-sized teaching station that includes all the necessary resources and activities to support learning. Teachers also participate in regular professional development training and collaborate with parents to ensure their students’ academic success. The school also organizes numerous events and activities throughout the year to celebrate young learners’ achievements, including preschool graduation ceremonies.
This center offers childcare, kindergarten, and pre-k programs for kids from 6 weeks to 6 years old. Its curriculum is based on the Creative Curriculum and the Values Curriculum, which are adapted to the needs of each child. The staff members are CPR, First Aid, and Disease Prevention Certified, and they provide nutritious meals and snacks for the kids.
In addition to offering quality preschool and child care services, The Learning Place in Parsippany offers a range of enrichment programs that promote social, emotional, and physical growth. Their daily activities help children develop self-esteem and confidence by encouraging them to be independent and explore their surroundings. They also take advantage of the outdoors to teach children how to respect nature and preserve the environment.
The Learning Place in Parsippany is a state-licensed, non-profit child care and education organization that serves up to 50 children at any one time. Its curriculum is based on the Montessori method and is adapted to fit the students’ different stages of development. Its teachers are passionate about helping children reach their full potential and believe in the power of connecting with them. They encourage each student to explore their unique interests and pursue a passion for lifelong learning. The Learning Place also provides financial assistance to help families afford their tuition.
